    What I specifically dislike is that while it’s promising to be a book for ‘every day’ normal women it really isn’t its one of those diets where 99 % of all foods are toxic suggesting to never eat tomatoes peppers potatoes or cauliflower never ever have any coffee at all Only organic at all times etc etc I much prefer ‘The Adrenal Reset Diet’ by Alan Christianson much realistic & doable
