So I bought this book at around 11pm last night thinking I d read a bit and then go to sleep Boy was i wrong I was up until 430am reading until I fell asleep and when I woke up i finished the book off THAT s how captivating it was I genuinely couldn t put this book down You re also getting your money s worth 77p for a 550 paged novel I couldn t believe my luck This is definitely one of the best stand alone books I have read in a long timeWe ve got two characters who ve been let down by the people who should have loved them the most Devon Killane our hero is a mystery A wonderful strange adorable mystery Ashley Daniels our heroine who just doesn t take any crapesp from Devon and speaks her mind and has her insecurities regarding her body something which I related to throughout This could get annoying for some but i didn t mind You can t help but get so emotionally involved in their story especially Devon s which just pretty much made me want to cry and force myself into the book and strangle his entire family Make sure you havve a box of tissues and some chocolate to cheer yourself up Ms Sheldon I can t forgive you for what you did to Uncle Sheridan As someone who very rarely buys books without completely researching the book to ensure that none of my hated tropes appear I d say buy this book There s no drama regarding OMOW no cheating at all No long separations over trivial issues They don t sleep together as soon they meet though Devon would ve liked that And there s a HEA i would ve loved an Epilogue and seeing how they were getting on in the futureThis book is so worth it
