Excellent. Beware though: this is the UK edition, whit measurements that account for dairy with higher fat content (you’ll need to increase milk and heavy cream quantities if you are un the USA, otherwise the ice cream won’t thicken enough in the machine). If you are in the US, buy the second book, edited in the US (don’t buy both, like I did; she only has one book out, but in a deceive way here is not made clear).

A collection of wonderful recipes. They really taste different to the standard home ice cream recipes as they are written with care and attention and the author really knows her subject. The best book of ice cream and sorbet recipes that I have ever read.

This is such a wonderful book, from the design to the recipes. Totally unique and every ice cream or sorbet I've made has been perfect. amazing texture and fresh flavours are captured and the combos are fantastic without being pretentious.

Bought this as a gift for a friend having read a review I'm a guardian column. He loves it. He made the cucumber and sour cream recipe which the review recommended. We were both sceptical but it's absolutely delightful, just a hint of sweetness and so so refreshing (you won't believe it until you try it)
    So ma
